When a bed is no longer providing proper support and comfort, it affects the quality of your sleep. Often people are unaware that their bed may be one of the reasons why they are not sleeping very well. Ideally your mattress should mould to the shape of your body while remaining supportive. When you lie on your side your spine should be horizontal and you should be able to turn easily. However, comfort is very subjective.
